Bank Holiday Postage:
Orders placed over the bank holiday for next day or saturday delivery will be despatched on Tuesday 3rd May, arriving on the Wednesday or the following Saturday.

We offer three delivery options for UK Inc. N.Ireland:

Standard Delivery £3.50 (4-5 working days from warehouse dispatch).

Next working Day Delivery - (if placed before 10am on WEEKDAYS ONLY) at £6.50 (we cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands)

UK Saturday delivery, including N.Ireland - (On orders placed BEFORE 10am on FRIDAYS) at £8.50. You can order at ANY time during the week for a Saturday delivery, the deadline for this service is any Friday 10am. (We cannot offer this service to Scottish Highlands).
If your order misses the time slot for Saturday delivery, i.e past 10am on the Friday it will be held until the following Saturday delivery, for your convenience.

For UK Offshore Islands we offer a standard delivery service (5 working days from warehouse dispatch) at £7.00
Islands applicable: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Please note that items are delivered Mon-Fri only, except if orders are placed using the Saturday delivery option (excluding Bank Holidays).

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or FED EX UK and may require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot or local FED EX depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 28 day return policy has elapsed by this time.

We appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such we offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. (See Delivery address option when processing your at payment stage)
If the parcel is not signed for on arrival, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for the postage costs.

Once your has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.

Your order cannot exceed 5 items

You can order up to 5 items and the postage charge will not exceed the delivery charge.

We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses.

We strive to process and dispatch all received orders within a maximum of 5 working days. However during "Sale" periods we are extremely busy and delays can occur. Please be assured we will always dispatch your items as soon possible.

Also note, in the unlikely event of Strike Action by Royal Mail we cannot be held responsible. If this delays an we apologise, but it will be out of our control. In this instance we will do our best to ensure any goods have a limited delay and/or are sent via other means where possible.

What is a Offer Code?
An Offer Code is a personal number that can be used to get discount a product.
Please note that Promotion codes
- can only be used once
- do have an expiry date
- are to be used the recipient only
- cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
- can only be used online in conjunction with website advertising

How do I get a Offer Code?
Offer codes are featured along with advertisements in magazines and/or sometimes sent to online registered customers. The advertisement or email will explain the percentage discount redeemable.

How do I use an Offer Code?
When reaching Your Basket there is a box above Grand Total stating "Offer Code" simply type in your Offer Code and click "update" - this will automatically calculate your discount.
